Sentrex provides commercial window cleaning, contract window cleaning, and high-level window cleaning services.

To carry out our service, we use a ‘reach and wash’ commercial window cleaning system. This consists of a 5-stage water treatment system and carbon fibre poles to carry 100% pure grade water to the windows or facade surface. The treatment process uses reverse osmosis and mixed bed demineralising resin to produce 100% pure, laboratory grade water. As no chemicals or detergents are used, the process that we use is an environmentally friendly and safe method of cleaning. 

Occasionally, some buildings cannot be cleaned by using ‘reach and wash’ window cleaning, or other conventional methods. In these instances, we will use a hydraulic platform vehicle, which allows us to access and clean windows (including window frames and window panes) at a maximum height of 100 feet (approximately 9-10 floors). Commonly referred to as ‘cherry pickers’, these high-level platforms are available to use on a hire-only basis. We have negotiated excellent rates and competitive prices from reputable suppliers to ensure that you receive an affordable yet reliable service.

It is our policy and standard practice to have a work satisfaction note signed off by our customers on completion of any window cleaning work – this gives our clients the opportunity to provide feedback. These comments are then passed on to our management team, who monitor our cleaners and carry out random quality control checks.
